PLEASE READ: Forum Welcome & Forgotten Passwords

We created these forums to help people with multiple sclerosis share their active passions and connect with fellow MSers around the world. To protect your privacy, please do not register using your real name as your user name (nickname). Information shared here is not for the diagnosis or treatment of any medical condition. For specific information and advice, consult your personal physician. If you have suggestions on how to make this forum better, e-mail me at

You can't remember your password, huh? Just mess up your login on purpose and click the link "forgotten your password?" This message will come up: "If you have forgotten your username or password, you can request to have your username emailed to you and to reset your password. When you fill in your registered email address, you will be sent instructions on how to reset your password." Bingo.

That means you either registered under a different e-mail, or you have not yet registered for the forum. The forum is totally separate from our e-mail newsletter signup, so even though you are getting our e-mails, that does not mean you are registered to post on our forum. And if you cannot recall the e-mail you used to set up an account at the forum, no worries. Just re-register a new name (get creative) and a new password.

The password to get into the Member's Only area of the forum was e-mailed to you when you joined the ActiveMSers mailing list at If you have lost that e-mail, look at the back of our t-shirt that we have for sale, and that should jog your memory. This password is good only for this area of the forum, and is NOT your registration password that you need to post on the forum.
