Exercise and spasticity

I feel so much better after weight training and stretching. Iím pretty much stiff all the time even with the daily dose of Baclofan, but daily stretches, or movement exercises loosen me up a bit....

I just tried this 10 minute video for relieving spasticity, and found it helpful. I do daily stretches but this was a nice change to my routine.
