OMS Diet

Hi all, Anyone on here on the OMS Diet similar to the Swank diet and found it helpful in managing there symptoms ?

Hey Adie, I'd shoot over to www.MSworld.org for input from their members. OMS and Swank have extremely serious followers. I'm hopeful studies will support these diets at some point, but until then I take most MS diets with a grain of salt. But not TOO much salt, ha, other studies have shown that's not good.
