  • WEBCAST: Live Q&A with neuro & Madeleine Stowe (Jan 24)

Got this from Genzyme, if folks are interested. Looks to be a pretty solid program, and they are seeking insightful Qs from ActiveMSers. If you submit one, make sure it is hella hard. - Dave

I wanted let you know about a free and unique webcast coming up on 1/24 that is being hosted by Revenge’s Madeleine Stowe (aka Victoria Grayson) along with neurologist Dr. Mark Cascione (bio below) and Leslie Cunningham a Florida woman who is living with MS. The goal of the webcast is to educate the whole family on how to live best with MS and we’d love for your readers to get involved by submitting questions for the live Q&A portion.

Here is some background, the webcast is part of a national program sponsored by Genzyme called “Lights, Camera, Take Action on MS.” Madeleine, along with a team of experts is traveling around the country to help people learn more about everything from stress management to the physical and emotional aspects of living with MS. The reason Madeleine teamed up with Genzyme is because as a young girl, she cared for and watched her father suffer from many of the debilitating symptoms of MS- he eventually passed away from complications with the disease.

Because not everyone can make it to the cities where the live events will be held – we are inviting people to log on and be part of a live event by submitting questions for Madeleine, Dr. Cascione and Leslie. We’d love for your readers to submit some questions, and we would love to invite it hem to join in and listen to see if their question is selected.
