  • Sweating with MS

NO ONE EVER DROWNED IN SWEAT is a great reminder for anyone with multiple sclerosis. Regular exercise is essential, and unless you frequently end up in the ER for silly reasons and your name is Dave, the odds of drowning in perspiration are exceedingly low. So do it!

    Sweat? I don't even glow!

One of my MS features is that I pretty much don't sweat anymore. I can still exercise and hard, but need to take precautionary steps. Ice water, wet shirt to promote evaporation, cool temps, avoid direct sun, fan, and take breaks.

I have hear this from others, which makes it even more imperative to cool yourself down, including (artificially) wetting your skin and clothing....
