Default So happy to have found "this place"

I was Dx'd in May 2004, and have done very well, and so thankful. I enjoying hiking, walking, lifting, rowing and competing in Dog Agility. It took me a while to develop my athletic confidence after the DX. A great PT was necessary and listening to what my body was telling me.

Enjoy the day!

Default Rowing

Hi,
What kind of boat do you use for rowing? Is it the very light racing type? I was thinking that I would like to try that.
I tried taking my dog to agility but I think he is more cut out for yoga!!!
