  • Cooling sheets for sleeping, Cool Flash Pad, any experiences?

Got this email and was hoping someone has some experiences with either of these products. -D

Have you ever done any testing for the best "cooling sheets" for the bed? I keep seeing that term in all the Christmas advertisements.

I also saw something called a Cool Flash Pad from www.CoolCareTechnologies.com. From what I can tell it uses gel but lasts for 3 hours. Have you ever tried that product? There is a pillow top, but the item I'm looking at is a larger pad for the torso. It's a bit pricey so I'm hesitant if it is not good.

I have tried several gel cool pads including the brand you mentioned and none of them remained cool for more than 45-60 minutes. The only thing that I have found that has been effective for me is a pad that circulates cool to cold water. I already had the small water and ice container that circulates water through a vest. Contact me if you have any questions.
