  • Mice

A long time ago, in a land far, far away I was an automotive service advisor. Every spring people would bring cars to the shop with a variety of very strange symptoms. Electrical problems that seemed inexplicable, unrelated to any thing that the customer had ever experienced. What often had taken place was that mice had taken residence in the engine compartment and chewed on wiring harnesses. Are you starting to see what I am getting at? The MS'ers symptoms are not that different from the mouse chewed car. Wiring harnesses or central nervous systems, not that different after all.

    Good analogy!

When I explain MS to the uninformed, I describe a lamp with a frayed cord. The light blinks or dims because the current isn't getting through properly.

So, I guess my legs are blinking!
