  • REVIEW: Alinker, the 3-wheeled walking bike

NEW REVIEW—You know you are on to something different, even radical, when a security guard rushes you in an art museum waving his hands for you to stop. “Very, very cool. I’ve never seen anything like it. Wow. What the heck is it?” It’s called an Alinker, a revolutionary 3-wheeled walking bike for people who have mobility challenges. Read our detailed review here:

Just a note on usage. Walking in my experience improved 4 to 5 times over using forearm crutches or a walker. So if you can only pull 100m on your walker, realistically expect not much more than 500m. But if you can walk a mile, your range boosts to 5, a huge difference.

      Hi Dave,

As usual, thanks for this great review. A couple of questions, how would I carry my forearm crutches? Strapped to my back, maybe.

Any chance of a photo of getting on?

I'm quite interested in this. I especially like that you can be at eye level with other people.
