MarcuS from Essex now living in Kent. Diagnosed Nov 2017. Ran London Marathon 2010, where I first noticed something was wrong.
Any good ideas for core work? I walk with a stick so running and long walks are no good.
Bless you all team, you're all f’ing heroes 👊🏼

MarcuS! Welcome. So glad to have you aboard. Maybe consider a pair of trekking poles or even forearm crutches. The distance you'll be able to walk will grow dramatically. You'll be shocked.

I do a bunch of core work, not sure how much it is helping, but I know it is not hurting....
