What would be a good shoe for light running/fast walking, with good support? Hoping it will help with sore feet too....
    Thank you for any advice,

Tanfor, chat with a reputable running store employee and you'll get some good answers I expect.

Personally I had to balance support with cramps in my feet from the support.

Initially I wanted a shoe with tons of support, so thats what I got. I would then get pain on places in my feet where the huge cushioning was.

So I tried less bulking and that was a lot better.

It's kind of irrelevant to you what I use now, but I had the same thoughts, lots of support, but please watch for pain/cramping from too much support.

Tanfor, I went to the "running room", a facility where they check your stride, then help you find a shoe that helps. Balance is an issue for me. So, they put me in a shoe by Saucony. Wider sole base so balance is addressed.
