We are pleased to announce our four-day CAN DO Program is returning to Atlanta on May 15-18, 2019!

Please note: The online application will open on Wednesday, December 5, 2018, at 12pm EST, 11am CST, 10am MST, and 9am PST. The application will only be open for 24 hours, so please plan accordingly.

The CAN DO Program is open to anyone living with MS. Please note the following information and requirements before applying:

    1. Included at NO COST to you:
5 nights of lodging and all meals (with the exception of dinner on Friday evening) during the program for you and your support partner.
All program materials, presentations, workshops, assessments, and individual consultations for you and your support partner.
New in 2019 - CAN DO II: Continuing the Connection. This six-month continuation of the in-person program consists of online meetings, workshops, and consultations to help you follow through with goals set at the program.
    2. Your costs for which you and your support partner are responsible, if accepted:
$250 refundable registration fee is required to confirm your spot. This fee will be refunded after completion of the program or if you cancel at least four weeks prior.
Your own air and ground transportation to and from Atlanta, GA, and to the program hotel.
    3. Application Process
Complete the online application form on December 5, 2018.

Participants are accepted via a lottery drawing in January 2019 pending review and approval by the application committee.

You will receive an update on the status of your application by January 16, 2019.

If accepted, you will have three weeks to return the physician consent form to complete your application. If your form is NOT received by the due date, your spot will be forfeited.

    . Your Commitments
By applying to the CAN DO Program, you are committing to attend all program activities starting Wednesday, May 15 through Saturday, May 18, 2019. Please review the sample schedule to make sure you are able to commit.
You are also committing to CAN DO II: Continuing the Connection, a virtual program that consists of a combination of online group meetings, workshops, and individual consultations. This part of the program will run for six months starting in July of 2019. Please refer to our website for more details.

The CAN DO Program is open to people living with MS and their support partners. A support partner can be a spouse, friend, sibling, or child who is over the age of 18 years old. We strongly recommend that a support partner attend this program with the person living with MS, as there is no personal assistance available at the program. There are separate sessions devoted just for the support partners.

Don't delay in applying! The application will only be open for 24 hours as this popular program fills quickly and has very limited availability.

Click here on December 5, 2018, (on or after 12pm EST) to fill out the online application.
