Default climbing stairs

I want to climb 1-5 stairs in my chair, assisted or unassisted. Has anyone found a gizmo for that?

Amy, there are lifts and their are wheelchairs that climb stairs (over $10K), but I don't know specifically any gizmo that helps with just a few other than a ramp and/or a strong dude....

Default Stair/Hill Climbers

Amy, I am looking into "hill/stair-climbers" for my wheelchair (manual). They attach and basically allow you to roll forward but do not allow the wheels to roll backward.

This is a youtube video I found with a gentleman climbing stairs in his chair with the hill/stair climbers. I hope it is okay to share such a link.

I have no experience with them. I am looking forward to seeing how they work on my chair. both indoors and out.

Good luck with your search. If you find something that works, please post. I would appreciate the info. Thanks.
