Default Don't be afraid to try something new

I'm pretty hyped today after trying an experiment for the past few weeks. I've never posted on this forum before, but wanted to share. I've been afraid to step out of my mediocre gym regimen for fear of doing too much or regressing, but decided to incorporate things that were more fun such as boxing, Zumba, and water aerobics. I can't believe the change in coordination, cognition, and mood.

I hope it's okay to share on this forum, but I shared the pro's and con's of the different exercises for those with MS on my blog (it's too long to write here). https://keepnitsunnysideup.blogspot....t-give-up.html Hope it helps someone like it's helped me.
