Subject: MS Water Fitness class to start March 26, 2013
Hello everyone!
Happy Spring! I just wanted to inform you of a new session of water fitness classes that will be starting on March 26 and will be held every Tuesday and Thursday at the West Mesa Pool, 6705 Fortuna Rd, NW, here in Albuquerque from 10:30-11:30 AM. Classes will be held for 9 weeks ending on May 23, 2013.
Please remember to take Glenrio Rd, NW to park in the North lot where the handicapped parking spots are and there will be access for entry to the pool there. I am not sure where you would sign up for the class but if you'd like to just come to class, you won't be turned away! I also wanted to say thanks for all of your previous responses about holding a water class before the summer. Please extend this invitation to attend class to any other people you may know who have MS that would benefit from this class. The more the merrier! I sure hope to see you all sometime during the class session!
