JUMPSTART is an educational and interactive program where you can learn the knowledge, skills, and tools to adopt healthy lifestyle behaviors and actively co-manage your MS.
We'll be talking about mood issues, fatigue, nutrition, and weight management. There will also be workshops specifically for support partners!
Where: Elmwood Community Center, 1106 New Britain Ave., West Hartford, CT, 06110
When: 8:30am to 3pm (lunch provided)
Space is limited; registration is required for attendance.
