    "Women's Education Weekend"

    Take some time for yourself! We invite you to bring a friend and come relax, laugh and learn. The weekend is free - deluxe accommodations and meals included (accommodations are double occupancy). Weekend is for women over the age of 18 only.

    Program Includes:

    Nutrition: Fact versus Myth

    Music and Movement: Maintain balance, strength and stamina
    Creating an accurate self-portrait when living with MS
    Newest information on current, new, and emerging MS therapies

    Craft time: Make a beautiful winter or Christmas wreath

    Program begins Friday, October 24th at 7:00 p.m. and ends Sunday, October 26th at 12:00 p.m.

    *Please eat dinner before arriving on Friday or plan to eat on your own in the hotel restaurant.

    All meals beginning with Saturday breakfast are included. You may bring one female guest to this program. If you are planning to bring a friend with you, please make sure you each register (each person must register separately).

    Please note that space is extremely limited, so we suggest you reserve your spot today.

    All accommodations, meals, programs, and crafts are free.

    *If you perfer a single room, there is a cost of $100, payable to MSAA on Friday night.
