- Class is handicap accessible and wheelchairs are welcome.
- Garage and street parking and Metro access.
- Open to participants with varying levels of Multiple Sclerosis, as well as those with other movement challenges.
Class includes warm-up exercises followed by short movement sequences set to lively musical selections. Chairs and supportive bars will be available.
