Proposed Plan J denied by insurance

With my Rituxan/Ocrevus experiment producing middling results for the past two years, my neuro suggested perhaps another direction: Lemtrada. While it is powerful in relapse remitting MS, its efficacy in progressive MS is far less robust. But perhaps an option when nothing other than HSCT has worked.

Well, now it's definitely not an option, as my insurer said denied in no uncertain terms. Perhaps that is just as well, and I won't appeal. Contemplating my next move....
