Okay, this doesn't sound very impressive, but I haven't gotten on my ski machine since the spring of 2009. I could only do the legs since my balance isn't good enough to do both the legs and arms yet (I tried and visions of impaling myself on the machine were a bit too real). And I wasn't able to work hard enough to get my heart rate in the aerobic zone. But heck, it's a start!
