Compression Shirt with Cooling Vest

Does anyone use compression shirts with cooling vests? I will be getting a vest in the mail soon and am wondering if using a compression shirt under it would help keep me cooler or if it would counter act the vest cooling. If you can use a compression shirt does anyone have a recommendation as to which one. They are all expensive...
