Spill-proof, self-leveling utensils for MS tremors

If you have tremors due to your multiple sclerosis, you know how hard it is to eat. Hard. And peas? They are basically impossible (but then again, they are peas, meh). Enter the Liftware Level, a self-leveling spoon. Yes, it is pricey at $195 (a fork or soup spoon attachment is an extra $35). But if it means not having your caregiver feed you all the time, I'd imagine it's worth every nickel.

How does it work? According to Liftware:

The leveling handle contains sensors that detect changes from the intended movement of the hand in 3 dimensions. To level the utensil, the computer directs two motors in the handle to bend the flexible gray joint, keeping the attachment at the right angle.
