Biotin

Thanks for posting this! I've been reading everyone's experience on biotin and hasn't started taking yet. Good to know because thyroid markers are commonly tested on me. Makes you wonder if biotin helps some people because it's regulating those hormones?!

Thought this might be an interesting read for those who are taking biotin. I just recently started myself, and perhaps should have done a little more research.
