    When you have multiple sclerosis, stretching daily—ideally several times a day—is essential. Just don't do what I just did.

    *This is not a tutorial. When doing a stretch like this, grab behind the knee (not above) and do not "push" to achieve a stretch. These were done, theoretically, for comedic reasons.
