After my last newsletter talked about the importance of core strength, our resident expert Dr. Ken Seaman sent me a little note of clarification. Essentially he said it's the back, dammit!
"The back (Dorsal-Trunkal Aspect) is the most important , most abused, most misused grammatically and the most essential part of the core; not to mention its strength superiority, it being much more powerful than the anterior aspect of the trunk (stomach, chest, anterior shoulders and neck)."
