To accelerate my rehab, Laura and I purchased a NuStep (https://www.nustep.com/), a recumbent trainer often used by professional therapists. I justified the expensive purchase with an avalanche of “pleases” and promises. Most other gear was loaned (e.g., Rifton Tram https://www.rifton.com/products/lift...es/rifton-tram) or was already in our home: therapy bands, stretching table, weighted balls, tennis balls for dexterity, and more. A full list of gear that I use for therapy will be listed in the future.
