This Saturday, June 27th, join ASP for rafting on the Rio Chama
Beautiful scenery, exciting rafting, lunch, and SUMMER FUN on the river are all included! See below for details.
Event time: Saturday, June 27th. Event check-in begins at 9 am, with mandatory safety meeting at 9:30 am. Rafting will last until approximately 3:30 pm or earlier, including lunch break. See linked document below for full schedule.
Event location: Event begins and ends at Big Eddy Take Out, Chama Canyon, on Forest Service Road 151 in Abiquiu. (directions below) Shuttle will be provided upriver.
What to bring: Sunscreen, water shoes (preferably closed toe), water gear (come prepared with several layers), reusable water bottle, hat and sunglasses.

Directions to Big Eddy River Access:
From Santa Fe, go north on 285/84 to Abiquiu. Continue past Abiquiu Lake and past the entrance to the Ghost Ranch Visitor Center. About a mile BEFORE the Echo Amphitheater parking area, turn left onto Forest Road 151 and continue about 5 miles to the Big Eddy River Access.
