ADAPTIVE SCUBA INTRO – Free to any Veteran with any disability
The Cody Unser First Step Foundations Dive Team, Operation Deep Down, will be partnering with the Albuquerque VA to offer a Free Dive Day for Veterans with disabilities. Here you'll find all the scuba diving basics you need to introduce you to the sport and become familiar with everything it involves. This is an introductory class, not a certification. If you love the experience, Instructors will give you information on full certification. Please ask about courses pool side at the event.
To register please see the links above. You must fill out all forms and bring them with you to the event. The PADI Medical Statement may require a Physicians signature IF you answer “yes” to any of the questions. Please contact your PCP or Dr. Paul Gutierrez at ext. 2849 if you answered “yes” to anything on the form. The Participant Enrollment Application must be given or emailed prior to the event to:

ALL SCUBA EQUIPMENT (INCLUDING WET SUITS) WILL BE PROVIDED
