Great talk. Nice to (finally) meet you and Laura. Particularly liked the routine about stretching (Now, put your right hand under your chair...no, left hand...) and the slide with the tiny letters. The social security lawyer's talk was really excellent, too (DON'T reflexively tell them you're fine...). We disappeared at the end so I could give my cooling vest to an Albuquerque attendee (also named Sheila).
