Neuro in ABQ/NM?

Hi New Mexicans,

I'm currently looking for a GOOD local neurologist - one who specializes in MS. Also, must be willing to not "push" me (or push a certain drug on me), but is open-minded and well-versed in the new developments, meds, etc. Does such a person exist?

Thoughts or experiences, anyone?

Good question, Kirsten, and not an easy answer. Many of the best neuros in town are retired or going to be retired and are not accepting new patients. Dr. Barrett I believe still accepts new patients and is a good listener from what I hear.
