Looking For A MS Exercise Groups

Hmm. In the '90s there was a water aerobics group that met at the gym on the far Northeast side of town. I guess the group has disbanded.

I moved this into the Connect forum. If you scroll down, you'll see some adaptive sports info and yoga classes. I'm not sure there is a specific exercise group. Perhaps this is the start of one??
