Hi , I ahve been running for 3 years now. I ahve done a few 1/2 marathons and a few triathlons. This year I have noticed that I am very sensitive to the heat. My mid wants to go but my body is not in agreement. I am not sure what to do to help. I have tried running at night but heat build up is hard and vision challenging, I have tried early morning but the sun comes out and seems to drain me. Any advice?
