Are you a Runner? Fitness walker? Kid who loves to run?
Or better yet, a Volunteer?
We need all of you! The Run for the Hills is coming up, Sunday, September 29,
benefiting the National Multiple Sclerosis Society this year!
As you may know, I’m living with MS – and although I choose NOT to run 10K off-road and uphill, my family and I will do all we can to support this event. Can you run? Help? Volunteer?
Run for the Hills uses a spectacular all-terrain course that winds through the foothills of the City of Albuquerque Open Space, the Cibola National Forest, and the Sandia Mountain Wilderness Area. The frrst half of each course is a gradual uphill on roads followed by portions of single track trail. The second half is a descent into the community of High Desert with a finish at High Desert Park.
Email me if you can volunteer or click on the link below to register on-line and download race information.
Thanks in advance for your support!
