Do not wait as enrollment is limited to the first 25 to sign up before a waiting list is set.
Then, Sunday, May 18, bring the confirmation number you receive and visit us at Campland on the Bay at 2211 Pacific Beach Drive, San Diego from 12 noon. to 2 p.m. to meet the trainers and receive your MSFC welcome package. Not only can you meet the trainers; there will be a meet and greet with David & Kendra Lyons Founders of MSFC, MS Champion Triathlete Aurora Colello and MSFC Head Trainers Darren Barnes and John Pina. Stay from 2pm- 6pm for the Fun-Raising event with music from Hip Hop star B Taylor, rock icon Erik Turner from Warrant and others; huge raffle prizes from jewelry to signed memorabilia; fitness demo; vendor giveaways; food; and more!. This event is open to the public so bring friends, family and spread the word.
The guidelines for the MS Fitness Challenge are to: meet with your trainer at our host location, World Gym at 2959 Garnet Ave, once per week for a 12 week commitment; follow a nutritional program; and participate in MSFC Coordinator follow ups. It’s up to you what you want to accomplish! And remember...there is NO cost to be a MSFC participant.
The MS Fitness Challenge was created from David Lyons' MS Bodybuilding Challenge and his wife, registered nurse, Kendra's desire to help others living with MS. His bodybuilding challenge and his book, David's Goliath, about his journey as a bodybuilder with MS are an inspiration to others as he chooses to fight this disease through health and fitness.
If you have questions, please contact a MSFC Coordinator Toll Free at (855) MSFIT4U or msfcinfo1@gmail.com. Sign up NOW as space is limited. Go to www.msfitnesschallenge.org; click the JOIN tab; then click onto Become a MSFC Participant to follow the instructions to enroll.
