A new MS self help group focused on exercise is starting in the DC area on Saturday October 13. Yep, that is like 2 weeks from now. Below is a link to the announcement about this from the National MS Society.

This group is being led by my good self. If you live in the DC area and would like to attend, let me know and can send you more information.
If you live in the DC area, there has already been extensive communication about this group starting sent out via the national ms society to distribution lists it maintains for DC, Montgomery County and Prince Georges counties.
