This spring, MS Focus will host its first-ever Mind & Mobility event series, featuring yoga and meditation for all, including adaptive sessions for those with disabilities. Talks, instruction, conversations, and information booths on health and support services will fill the multi-city event.*

The event series kicks off in Fort Lauderdale\Hollywood, where*hundreds will*gather outdoors in Fort Lauderdale for a day full of activity and learning, music and food. *
Tickets are $10*for adults and teens. Children 12 and under may attend free of charge with a parent.

Gates open at 8:00am, on site registration will be available until 9:00 am.

On March 12, The Multiple Sclerosis Foundation (or MS Focus) will host its first-ever “Mind & Mobility” health and wellness festival, in Hollywood, Florida. The festival will celebrate MS Focus’s 30th Anniversary, as well as National MS Education and Awareness Month®.

The event will be open to families, and will feature guided yoga and meditation sessions for all, including adaptive moves for those attendees with MS. We’ll have local and national sponsors, as well as food trucks and other fun activities at the event. Follow up events will be held in the LA and DC areas in the Summer and Fall.
