Take some time for yourself! We invite you to come relax, laugh and learn. The weekend is free - deluxe accommodations and meals included (accommodations are double occupancy). Weekend is for women over the age of 18 only.
Program Includes:
Nutrition: Fact versus Myth
Music and Movement: Maintain balance, strength and stamina
Creating an accurate self portrait when living with MS
Newest information on current, new and emerging MS therapies
Craft time: Make a beautiful summer wreath
Program begins Friday, August 9th at 7:00 p.m. and ends Sunday, August 11th at 12:00 p.m.
*Please eat dinner before arriving on Friday.
All meals beginning with Saturday breakfast are included. You may bring one guest to this program.
Please note that space is extremely limited so we suggest you reserve your spot today.
