Gang, this looks great and it's free. Cardio, strength, balance, circuit training, the works. Also, thoughts on a location for the next MS fit project? - D
I am a member of a group of 3rd year Doctor of Physical Therapy students from Texas Woman’s University working with a community-based organization, MS Fit, for a health promotion service learning project.*
MS Fit was created in 2015 by Nick and Lindsay Purcell.* The mission of MS Fit is “to provide a safe and fun environment for people with MS to participate in exercise and learn how to better achieve their fitness goals”.*
*
In February 2016, MS Fit piloted a 4-week series of exercise classes for people with MS at the Metropolitan Multi-Service Center (MMSC).* Each one-hour class focused on a different aspect of fitness including cardio, balance, strength training with free weights and strength training with machines.
We have made changes to the program based on feedback from last year and will pilot the updated program at a different location, OakBend Medical Center in Richmond, TX, for a 3-week *series on Saturdays, December 3, 10, and 17, 2016 from 10:30 am -12:00 pm.

Please help us get the word out and share the attached flier with your support group members and any others you may know that could benefit from the MS Fit program.*
For future reference, we also want to know your opinion on which location your group members would more likely go to for MS Fit exercise classes. *Please reply back to let us know what your group would prefer:
-******* MMSC, Houston, TX
-******* OakBend Medical Center, Richmond, TX
-******* Other: ___________________________
Thank you in advance for your help.* We look forward to having a strong turnout during this December’s 3-week series so that we can offer the program on a sustainable basis in 2017.*

Sincerely,
*
