As this forum has become sort of a diary, this is essentially an SCT tracking progress update for my own records.
On alternate days at the gym I do 20 minutes on the arm ergometer, which can be hard to pile on the miles but does a better job at cardio than straight leg exercises for me. I usually average around 4 miles going at a good clip. But the other day I cranked it: 5.1 miles (15.3 mph if my math is correct) and 131 calories burned. That got the heart rate revving!
