VIDEO: Hope, Part 3 (2.5-Year Update)

HOPE, PART 3 is a 9-minute video of my stem cell transplant recovery at 2.5 years. Highlights include riding one of the most fabled climbs in Tour de France history and a romantic experience in Provence that had been impossible for years (um, it's not what you think). I also give props to a most unlikely entity. It debuted at BikeMS in Santa Fe, NM, on August 25, 2012. Hope you enjoy!

What a great video!!! You are an inspiration for everyone who has MS. My favorite part is when you talk about walking hand in hand with your wife. It's those small, simple things in life that most people take for granted, that can mean so much for someone with such a debilitating disease as MS. It brought tears to my eyes. (But they were happy tears.) I am glad to hear that you're not going to let MS win! I feel the same way! Even though I am gimpy too, I am going to keep going the best I can and never give up. I refuse to let MS take over my life.....not now, not ever!
