Jeff Root undergoing HSCT in Russia

Jeff has completed his chemotherapy and will be receiving his stem cells back very soon. He's live blogging his treatment.

I have decided to do what many people before me has done and created a blog that will help narrate my journey through the Hematapoietic Stem Cell Transplantation (HSCT) treatment. As many of you know, I have been living with Multiple Sclerosis (MS) for the past ten years. Currently, there is no cure for MS. There are disease modifying therapies available that are designed to slow the progression of MS, however, none has worked for me.

Hi Dave-

Any word on this courageous fellow? His blog has gone dark about 2 and half weeks ago.

Jeff last posted on the Facebook HSCT page four days ago (May 2) and has launched one just for Russia, so he may be spending his time there right now getting it going. I am not a member of that group, however. I will say it is always concerning when HSCT blogs go quiet and I sure hope he is doing well.
