So I have been talking with the stem cell treatment institute in what appears to be Mexico. They have quoted 14g and I wonder what is the reason for the big price difference and if it is so good why everyone is not doing it.
I am sure I am missing something.

Sorry, it's not the same, Chader. I personally know of several MSers who have gone this route and it worked for none of them. Beware.
