I returned just hours ago from the hospital--a full three weeks of never leaving isolation. I have lots to catch you all up on, but that will take some time. I'll try to document as much as I can over the coming weeks (and months) so be patient.

I also wanted to thank everyone who posted or e-mailed well-wishes, prayers, and good karma. My experience, while challenging, was probably the most mild of anyone on the floor and my recovery surprisingly rapid. My goal now is to avoid infection and stay fit.
