Recently sleeping has been, well, icky. For some reason I've been having issues waking up early (3, or 4 am) and not being able to go back to sleep. And I'm not waking because I have to pee or have had too much alcohol the night before. I'm not stressed out and I'm not over thinking things. Strange.
Stranger: My QOL is fine, no fatigue, and I never feel tired. And I still exercise 1.5-2 hours daily. I go to bed around 10 pm and can usually fall asleep. Go figure. But I do want to get this resolved....
