The Pilates modified sit-up aka "roll up", where with legs straight you curl up and touch your toes, has always been challenging—but I was usually good at it. In the past I could do a dozen with good form. Well, last year in January (during a relapse) I could do 3 total. After steroids, I was up to 4.
Yesterday, more than a year later, I was testing my ab endurance and I logged 25 straight with solid form! It would have been a few higher, but I had to answer a ringing phone. It appears my core strength work is paying off.
