Techkewl Hybrid Cooling Vest

Does anyone have any experience or knowledge about the Techkewl Hybrid Cooling vest? It can be found here http://cooldownusa.com/hybrid-coolin...l#.UYlxeMpIrUs.

I would like to get something that I can hike with and I'm not sure that an extra 6 pounds on my back is going to help muscle spasms. It does use phase-change technology which is nice. Maybe this one would be better for something less strenuous?

Looks promising, but I haven't tested it yet. Maybe in my next round (alas perhaps not this year due to time constraints). And it appears to be both phase change and evaporative, so when the PC part dies, you've still got cooling if you are not in a super humid area. If you get it, you have to let me know how it performs!
