Electrc wheelchair questions

I've been shopping for a power wheelchair. I was wondering if anyone has any experience with units like this one from Amazon?

I haven't seen that version. But it is curious that it is a "best seller" on Amazon and yet it only has two reviews. Hmmm....

I live where it rains 6 months or more out of the year. One concern I have is regarding the unit's water resistance. The manual for the chair says to keep it out of the rain. However, I emailed the company and they said it's ok just to dry it off as soon as possible. The motors and the battery look like they might be exposed to water if I got stuck out in the rain.

Another thing, Medicare and Medicaid likely won't help pay for it.

Still, if you have any experience with this style of chair, then that would be helpful. There seems to be a plethora of chairs like this on Amazon.
