    My PT sis loaded me up with gizmos for Christmas, one of them being a balance disk. She taught me a bunch of new exercises to use with the simple contraption. Balancing with both feet on the disk is obvious, and sitting on it to do crunches is tricky (as is doing shoulder bridges with the disk under my feet) but the trickiest time I'm having is spelling out the alphabet using a single foot and just rotating it on the disk. Sounds easy, but it's not. Especially with sketch balance!
