I have been trying out the Power-Plate at the gym for a few years now along with my regular workout. Although last year, I sort of slacked on the training, I am trying to get back into it and had been wondering if the Power-Plate was okay to continue with since I got diagnosed. Apparently it is, so I am going to continue to incorporate it into my workout. I normally do the rowing machine, run on the treadmill, ellipitcal machine and then the Power-Plate at the end of my workout every other day. Here is an article about the benefits of the Power-Plate:
