Cycling on a 4-wheeler... a "surreyeal" experience

Sorry, bad pun. During my recent vacation to Oregon, I rented a 4-person, 4-wheeled bike called a surrey (actual a double surrey) in Portland. It was a hoot and impossible for me to wreck or fall off. With Laura and a friend pedaling, I didn't do that much work except for on the steep hills. On the flats I just couldn't pedal fast enough--my feet kept flying of the pedals, grrr. But it was still really fun. I'll post a video later....

For those curious, you can actually buy these. They aren't cheap, about $2K, but if your legs get tired, you can just let everyone else pedal while you relax and work on the Sunday Crossword. Ha, this probably will never be in my garage....
